Customer Reviews
Nice experience with WoodWick
I grabbed a WoodWick Ellipse Candle, the one that crackles, you know? It arrived pretty quick, like four days, which is decent. The scent is awesome, really makes the living room feel cozy. Everything came in one piece, no breaks or anything. Just an easy, good shopping experience overall.
Always reliable for candles
This isn't my first time ordering from Candles Direct. I usually get my Maison Berger Refills and sometimes a few Yankee Candle Wax Melts here. They're consistently good with their packaging; stuff always arrives safely. This time I picked up some Car Jar Ultimates, and they were just as expected. The delivery was a bit slower than my last order, took about 5 days, but still within reason. I keep coming back because I know what to expect.
Perfect gift set
I bought one of their Gift Sets for my friend's birthday and it was perfect! The presentation was lovely and the candles smelled amazing. Shipping was fast and it arrived exactly when I needed it. My friend loved it. I'll definitely be buying from them again for myself next time!
Solid overall, delivery a bit slow
I ordered a few Yankee Candle Votives and a Scented Pillar Candle. The selection was great, and the prices were competitive, especially with their multi-buy offer. Everything was well-protected in the box, which was good because I worry about glass items. My only small issue was that delivery took about 6 days to get to me in Texas; it felt a little long. Customer service was helpful when I asked about tracking, though. Good value for money.
Found a good deal on Diffusers
I was looking for a good price on a Millefiori Milano Reed Diffuser and found it here. The website was easy to navigate and I saw some good seasonal clearance options. I also added some Yankee Candle Tea Lights because they were on sale. The total with shipping felt like a fair price for quality items. My order came quickly and everything was intact. It felt like I got a good amount for my money.
Good Yankee Candle deal
Got a Yankee Candle Large Jar. Shipping was fast. Product arrived well-packaged. Happy with the purchase. Will likely buy again.

Hey, wondering if anyone's had issues with delivery times to like, New York? Trying to get a gift in time for a birthday next week and kinda panicking.
